Paradigm is one of my favorite AI tools right now because it gives you superpowers when it comes to enriching your data. With Paradigm, you can:
Pull in firmographic details like headcount, industry classification, and geography.
Enrich lists with revenue estimates or funding data.
Identify decision-maker roles and even surface their contact info.
This turns a brainstormed list of prospects into an actionable pipeline.
Start By Seeding Data
To get started, create a new sheet in Paradigm. Let’s say you run a pillow company that produces luxury bedding and you want to find new prospective customers. You can upload a list of prospects you already have, or ask Paradigm to help identify them.

Paradigm will then generate a list of potential buyers and automatically add new columns — such as Buyer Type, Contact Person, and Email. This makes it easy to move from “names on a list” to people you can actually reach.

Creating Additional Enrichments
Paradigm doesn’t stop at the basics. Let’s say you want to know the estimated number of employees for each company on your list. You can simply add a new column, label it, and tell Paradigm to “Enrich the Column.” Within seconds, it will return the estimated employee counts for all of your leads.
You can repeat this process for other types of data — funding history, job titles, locations, or anything else that makes your pipeline stronger.

A Note on Data
Today, Paradigm pulls from multiple sources, primarily using a search agent to gather information online. This is often the fastest way to collect accurate, up-to-date details. That said, for certain use cases it may make sense to validate against a source of truth or layer in other data providers. Tools like Clay currently offer more advanced integrations, but Paradigm is evolving quickly and continues to add new data sources over time.
